Due to be completed in Q1 2026, our 86-bed care home development in Adel will provide a much-needed care facility for local residents.

The scheme will be fully electric and will utilise Air Source Heat Pumps as well as solar PV panels to achieve an EPC rating of A.

The site is located on the south side of East Moor Lane on the eastern side of Adel within the local authority catchment of Leeds City Council. The site is a vacant brownfield site, covering an area of approximately 0.4 hectares, forming part of a wider residential development area.
