Completed in May 2024 Springfield Manor is a 74 bedroom luxury care home which provides a much needed care facility for the local residents.

The scheme achieved an EPC A rating and includes renewable technologies such as solar PV. The scheme was built to the highest standards and has a premium fit out.

Facilities at the home include a cinema, activity room, rooftop terrace, salon and a bar called the Duck & Hare. The scheme was designed to support everyday routines that promote independence. Residents can unwind in the serene gardens, courtyards, and terraces, or socialise with friends in the peaceful lounges, fostering a sense of community within the residence.

The project saw the redevelopment of brownfield land from it’s previous use as a car dealership car park. The site lies to the west of Stoke-on-Trent town centre and to the south-east of Newcastle-under-Lyme.
