St Mary’s Apartments will deliver 18 new a purposed built supported living/retirement apartments in Anlaby, a suburb west of Hull.

The site is approximately 0.7ha in size and is a mostly-level area to the north-west of the existing St Mary’s Care Centre.

The building is arranged as two wings of apartments either side of a double-height entrance. The wings are aligned to follow the building line established along Beverley Road to the north, and to the axial centreline of St Mary’s Care Centre to the south-east.

Access to the site is via the entrance to the current care home, and an access road that loops around the frontage of the care home.
